Poland - Workshop
The EDU-ARCTIC team had the pleasure to invite teachers from schools registered on the portal to submit their application for participation in Educators’ Forum in Warsaw. This workshop was dedicated to schools and teachers from central and eastern Europe (Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine).
During the workshop participants were able to:
- get information on the project and its possibilities;
- train to use the project effectively;
- become familiar with the portal, polar research, and earth sciences issues;
- share your opinions on the EDU-ARCTIC program, its functionalities and topics that could be introduced within the project;
- meet researchers dealing with Arctic issues;
- meet other active teachers from Europe and share experience with them.
